The COVID19 impact on all of us has been going on since March 2020 when Van Landingham Rotary Club, like other businesses and organizations, had to cease meetings. In addition to the lack of feasiblity of in-person meetings, we are also faced with the uncertainty of the reopening of the USCB-Hilton Head Campus to allow us to meet again in their beautiful rotunda. In the meantime, we have been fortunate to find an alternate host site for our TUESDAY MORNING BREAKFAST meetings. The Palmera Inn & Suites has offered use of their spacious banquet/meeting room and we have been holding meetings their by-weekly since mid July. Beginning on August 25th, we will be meeting weekly at Palmera Inn & Suites in person - - and continuing to offer a ZOOM option for those members interested in joining online rather than in person. Any Rotarian visiting our area who is interested in joining us, please contact President Lynn King at lynnhking@gmail.com to confirm that the weekly meetings are as scheduled and there has been no deviation to our schedules. Hope to get back to biz with our fellow Rotarians and do what we do best - offer service to our community.
